  2. To be as discreet as possible we do not display any signage at the Facility.
  3. All visits are strictly by appointment only. You visit to store, not look around.
  4. CCTV is monitored by several methods.
  5. We have advanced interruption alarm systems automatically contacting the Police, should there be a disturbance or incoming power shortage.

Clients receive a Storage Agreement clarifying important Business Information such as: site telephone number, site address and company name which are hidden for security measures.

Covid policy below...

  1. Minimum Storage is 3 months.
  2. Payment for Storage is paid monthly in advance.
  3. Payment may be made in cash, cheque or e-transfer.
  4. Payment for Storage periods over 5 months to be paid by Standing Order.
  5. Tariffs for Vehicle Storage is not currently subject to VAT.
  6. Vehicles will not be released from "Car Storage Hillingdon" until all outstanding payments have been cleared.
  7. Prices may be subject to change - if so 1 months’ notice will be given.
  8. We request 48Hr notice for "car swop" or removal of vehicle, FREE of charge. Less than 48Hr notice, a charge of £30.00 may apply.
  9. Detailed inspection of the incoming Vehicle is FREE of charge.
  10. "Car Storage Hillingdon" is a secure facility; therefore, access is by prior appointment only. If you arrive on site without an appointment we may not be able to accommodate you.
  11. Any person other than the owner authorized to collect the Vehicle from storage, must show proof of agreement to do so from the person who deposited the vehicle.
  12. You agree to grant "Car Storage Hillingdon" the lien over any vehicle stored at these premises. Lien refers to a right to retain property until any debt or other obligation is discharged. The lien is immediately released when your account is settled in full.
  13. Vehicles must have in place personal Insurance to store and are not fully comprehensibly covered on the site Insurance. "Car Storage Hillingdon" is not liable for the cost, any loss or damage whilst in our care.
  14. The site Insurance covers for accidental damage/anything deemed malicious whilst in our possession.
  15. "Car Storage Hillingdon" refers to the individual site where vehicles are stored. A storage agreement is provided to all clients upon signing up.
  16. The Storage Agreement has all the required information for peace of mind.

THIRD PARTY

We may use a third party to provide an additional service, such as: Transportation, Mot's or Body work repair. We will advise prior to conducting any business as such and provide a quote and a copy of their invoice upon request.

Any third-party service maybe subject to VAT. We will advise prior to purchase.

In using a third party "Car Storage Hillingdon" is not liable for loss or damage.

Payment for any additional services will be invoiced separately.

PRIVACY

We never pass on any customer information to a third party, unless related to our service offering, which we request and advise prior to doing so such as: another site to accommodate storage or a trusted third-party supplier.

IMPORTANT COVID-19

We are following Government Lockdown Legislation, and should the situation change we will update our website.

We do have safety procedures in place to protect the welfare of our customers and staff.

  1. There will be a strict NO ENTRY policy for all our buildings, unless expressly authorised by a senior member of staff, all customer contact will take place outside.
  2. We will be strictly observing social distancing and will require anyone interacting with our staff, whether at our premises or elsewhere, to do the same.
  3. All customer contact is at the sole discretion of our individual members of staff and if they feel uncomfortable with a situation, they may refuse to provide a service without explanation.
  4. In the event that it is necessary for you to enter a building, vehicle or other enclosed area where you may come into close proximity to others you must provide for yourself and wear appropriate PPE the minimum of which is a face mask covering the mouth and nose and disposable gloves.
  5. We will not allow clients to travel in company vehicles or our staff to travel with you in your vehicle.
